The Kooloora House project transformed the original shack footprint into a bespoke 4-bedroom home, designed to reflect the relaxed coastal lifestyle of Noraville on the Central Coast. This was a special project for a repeat client, who reengaged us after we completed a granny flat on the same site. Their vision was to relocate from Sydney and create a family retreat to enjoy with their children and grandchildren while embracing the lifestyle and beauty of the area.
