Exploring Your Unique Project and Lifestyle
We begin with a discovery call to get to know each other and your project. Then at your first development consultation, we’ll confirm your project details and do a deep-dive into your design style preferences and lifestyle. Bring along your site information and your wish list or Pinterest board!
After our deep dive, we’ll present you with a project vision and service proposal that outlines the different project stages and your investment.
Note: You need to have your building site secured and an approximate project budget in mind prior to contacting us.

Creating a One-of-a-Kind Home
We’re now starting to put your dream project together, brick by brick. From assembling your professional consulting team (surveyors, engineers, and more) to designing and drafting plans and elevations, we’re going to take care of all the little details so you can sit back and watch your dream home effortlessly come together.
Phase 2
- Planning and site preliminaries
- Building design and preliminary plans and elevations
- Selection and management of your professional consulting team
(surveyors, engineers, energy, landscape, and more) - Assistance with Interior and Exterior product selection and specification
- Visualisation presentations (3D renders, walk throughs and virtual reality)
- Full construction and approval drawings and documents
- Liaise with council, builders, certifiers and consultants during the project
- Assistance in finding the right builder for your project
- Lodgement and management of approval application
Building Your Dream Lifestyle
Now that you have your approval to build, we’ll issue the full project documentation to you and your builder. From here on, we’ll act as your advocate to ensure quality and compliance with plans and specifications.
Once your build is complete, we’ll also assist with the final handover process and celebrate the beginning of this new chapter in your life!
